On July 10, British trip-hop legends Morcheeba will perform in the "Dzintari" concert hall. Founded in London, the trio that became trip-hop and downtempo pioneers combine lounge rhythms, blues moods and of course the hypnotic voice of Skye Edwards in their music. Their music is the perfect soundtrack for a summer evening by the sea.

Over the course of three decades, the group has released 10 studio albums, sold more than 10 million copies, toured around the world and cemented their status as trip-hop icons.

Their 11th album Escape The Chaos is a 12-song journey in search of harmony in the midst of chaos, created in a warm atmosphere of family and friendly support. It combines the sophisticated sound of live instruments, electronic sounds and Skaya's unique velvety vocals. The album's lead single, Call For Love, is a slow, soulful anthem about tolerance, support and unity in troubled times. The second single - We Live and Die, impresses with the combination of wind instruments, electric guitar and strong vocals, creating an almost cinematic sound.

The album was made over two years, with the participation of the band's close friends and family members, which gave the music even more sincerity and warmth. The closing track Escape The Chaos becomes the main message of the album: finding peace within yourself despite the chaos around you. “Music will not bring peace to the world, but it can bring inner peace and healing,” says Skye Edwards.

These new compositions, as well as the group's favorite hits Rome Wasn't Built in a Day, The Sea, Otherwise, Enjoy the Ride and others will be performed live in Jurmala. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy an atmospheric and exciting summer concert on July 10 in the Dzintari concert hall!
