On September 20, "Lucky Latvian Fight Club" fighting sports evening - "Born to Win" will take place in VEF Summer House. As part of the program, viewers will see boxing, kickboxing and MMA fights.
In the course of the evening, the different tactics and pace of the three combat sport disciplines will be shown. The evening program includes several fights with already well-known athletes in Latvia and also with ambitious new personalities. Kaspars Kambala, Juris Zundovskis, Raitis Helmanis, Raimonds Zeps, Toms Bērzins, Alexs Volkovičš and many others will enter the ring. The program promises both duels between experienced athletes and an opportunity for young wrestlers to show their abilities in front of a wider audience.
The special event of the evening - for the first time in Latvia, a kickboxing fight with MMA gloves will take place, where Jānis Laicāns and Tomas Rauls Bileskalns will meet. The format is based on the rules of kickboxing, but MMA gloves significantly affect the distance of the fight, the intensity of the blows and the principles of defense. The smaller size of the gloves allows for more accurate attack trajectories and more efficient defensive actions.
The seating arrangement of the VEF Summer House has been thought out for both fans who want to be very close to the ring and guests who prefer a more relaxed viewing rhythm. Throughout the evening, visual highlights and musical accompaniment are planned to help maintain the dynamic between fights and intermediate rounds.
The organizers recommend arriving on time to get to the hall without haste, take your seats and prepare for the first fight, which will take place at 19:00.
