The world got to know the talent of the Scottish-Italian composer, musician and performer Luis Capaldi for the first time in 2017, when the composition Bruises posted on the Spotify website reached 25 million listens at the speed of a rocket - a record for an independent artist. But all this could not have happened at all, because Louis' father had performed a vasectomy, so the boy's conception was a real miracle. Little Louis became interested in music at an early age: starting to sing at public events at the age of 4 and learning to play the guitar at the age of 9, soon composing his first original compositions.

After the smashing success of Bruise, Luis Capaldi quickly landed a record deal, and the path to the top of the pop world seemed to be rosy from the outside. He becomes the first artist ever to sell out an arena tour before his debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent was even released. Tickets at all the tour's venues were sold out within minutes, and this historic achievement was included in the Guinness Book of Records.

There is no doubt that the lead single from Luis Capaldi's debut album, Someone You Loved, played a significant role in his global rise. The song entered the charts in 29 countries, was in the UK charts for seven consecutive weeks, became the most sold British single of 2019 and entered both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Canadian Hot 100, proving Capaldi's talent on both sides of the Atlantic. Before You Go and Hold Me While You Wait further strengthened the album's success, making "Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent" not only 2019, but also 2020's best-seller in Great Britain and Ireland.

Luis Capaldi's second studio album 'Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent' (2023) followed up on the success of his debut, becoming the fastest selling album in the UK with the singles Forget Me, Pointless and Wish You the Best. When asked by NME about the genesis and inspiration of the album's songs, Louis comments in his characteristic irony as follows: "I go out into the world to observe it and its ugliness, and then I write songs about it all."

In 2023, Capaldi announced that he would focus on his emotional and physical health for a while (the artist was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome). The recovery turned out to be successful - two years later, in the summer of 2025, Lewis Capaldi triumphantly returned to the stage of the Glastonbury festival to the cheers and chants of the audience, as well as releasing the EP "Survive" in November. The album's lead single Survive, in which the artist talks about his comeback and determination to continue what he started despite difficulties, became his sixth no. 1 hit in the UK chart.

Luis Capaldi's list of accolades received or nominated includes Grammys, Brit Awards, Scottish Music Awards, Q Awards, MTW Music Awards and many others, thus confirming that he is one of the most acclaimed artists of his generation by critics and listeners.

However, the truest proof of Luis Capaldi's personality and mastery are his concerts. Since he performs songs from his heart, so thrilling that there is no doubt about his own experience, while always adding them with comments full of open self-irony, it is no wonder that many thousands appreciate his extraordinary personality.

Having successfully performed in sold-out arenas (the first tour sold out in 1 second even before the release of the debut album) and at the biggest festivals, previously also in front of such celebrities as Ed Sheeran, Bastille, Rag'n'Bone Man, Sam Smith, Milky Chance, Louis Capaldi is now going on the most ambitious concert tour ever, in which Vilnius is the only stop in the Baltics.
