On May 7, the "Strong Kidneys in Latvia" charity evening will take place on the stage of the "Crystal Club", the purpose of which is to collect funds for the implementation of the pilot project of the Latvian Association of Kidney Patients.

The pilot project envisages provision of on-site diagnostics in regions of Latvia with limited availability of specialists in order to promote early detection of kidney diseases. The planned amount of fundraising is at least 10,000 euros.

"For me, this is not just an event - it is the goal of saving people's lives. I myself experienced a kidney transplant 8 months ago and I want to protect others from it. Every eighth person in Latvia has encountered kidney problems. It is a silent disease, and no one is immune from it." - says Anastasija Aleksejevska, the main organizer of the event

The program of the event includes an entertainment part, including a lottery organized by partners with prizes and gift cards from many domestic brands.

Fundraising will take place through the sale of admission tickets, seat tickets, voluntary donations, and a charity auction.

The program includes musical performances, including performances by Maksim Bussel, Ellybert, Kristina Korvin, Mar Li and Maria Elizabeth Mishurova, as well as the participation of illusionist Dante Pecolli and the Madness Team collective.

In addition, there will be a fashion show with "Klerr" clothes, choreographic performances by Alex Model Coach, as well as the participation of models from Inga Raduga and Alex Model Coach. Manija Studio will take care of the make-up.

During the event, a charity auction will be held, where a painting by the artist Marija Abdueva will be offered. All funds obtained at the auction will be directed to the implementation of the project.

The educational program includes a presentation on the importance of water in the body (Dan Volevah), as well as an overview of kidney diseases, their prevention and the current situation in Latvia prepared by the Latvian Association of Kidney Patients and a nephrologist. Visitors will have the opportunity to have their blood pressure measured.
