This year, artists whose songs have become the favorite hits of an entire generation and are still heard in clubs, radio stations and various music charts will take the stage of the festival. The headliner of the festival this year will be the group 2 UNLIMITED, whose hits became international pop music phenomena. DAISY DEE will also take the stage, representing the legendary dance music project TECHNOTRONIC, whose song "Pump Up the Jam" became one of the most iconic dance music hits of the 90s.
The energetic The Mad Stuntman, the voice of the REEL 2 REAL project and the charismatic performer who moved the world with the hit "I Like to Move It" will also perform at the festival. On the other hand, the British pop group EAST 17 will offer festival visitors their biggest hits, including the romantic ballad "Stay Another Day", as well as other songs that dominated the European and British music charts in the 90s.
The festival "We Love The 90's" is specially designed as an event full of nostalgia and positive energy, where listeners of different generations will meet. The event will offer the opportunity to hear songs that once ruled discos and music TV, and will also create an authentic 90s atmosphere with bright stage shows, lights and the atmosphere of summer outdoor concerts.
Wondersala, which has become one of Riga's most popular concert venues in recent years, will provide a special environment for the festival - with a wide area, an impressive stage scenography and the opportunity to enjoy music on the banks of the Daugava.
The organizers promise that "We Love The 90's" on August 14 in Wondersal will be one of the brightest summer musical events in the capital, offering listeners both a nostalgic return to the music of the 90s and an energetic summer party under the open sky.
